BluSmart driver app-onboarding is designed to achieve self onboarding by drivers without any external assistance. It is observed that drivers often need external assistance for onboarding process, which isn’t meeting self onboarding goal. How might we reduce external assistance in onboarding journey for drivers and make it more intuitive?
